Leadership Seminar
WHAT IS IT? Leadership Training for individuals leading small groups. This training was built for our short-term trip Team Leads. It gives our Team Leads the tools they need to plan a well-structured trip and develop high performing teams who are ready for action, including dealing with conflict and having productive conversations with disgruntled team members. Of course, the training also gives Team Leads the information they need to prepare their team members for the trip they are taking and for communication with the hosts they are serving.
WHO’S IT FOR? Anyone who desires to lead a church or campus small group. The full course is required for our Team Leads and with them in mind. Our desire is for our Team Leads to help team members have a fruitful experience serving the church to which they travel and to ensure that host churches enjoy the teams that come to serve them.
